St. Paul's Methodist College Excels in Track and Field

The first day of the North Andros High School Track and Field Invitational got off to a hot start. Not only was the weather sunny and hot, but the atmosphere on the track was even hotter.
The students of the St. Paul's Methodist College made sure that the pressure on for their competitors. On Friday, February 13th, the under 20 males, 4 x100m relay team which comprised of Darryn Palacious, Federick Benson, Harmeo Jones, Alexander Prosper speeded down the track, placing second(2nd). Hermeo Jones exhibited his skill in throwing as he placed first(1st) in the under 20 males discus. In the under 17 males 200m finals, Jaquan Marshall placed 6th. The females also had their debut as Carla Witlia placed second(2nd) in the under 15 females discus and Nestacea Cartwright placed fourth(4th) in the under 15 females 200m. Day 2 continues on Saturday, February 14th.
